Even the landlocked blues of Boise, Idaho never stopped a kid from dreaming. Who’s to say there isn’t a lagoon past those trees or a shot to life that can’t feel like a cannon’s. Trevor Powers has “more dreams than you have posters of your favorite teams” and with the first two punches of his young venture landing in such conviction, we certainly will “never talk [him] out of it”—whatever or wherever that may be.
The Year of Hibernation is a collection of mind trials Trevor preferred to write rather than talk about (anxiety, heartache, etc). It’s also an LP due out this summer with our friends, Juno Beach Records.
