Minneapolis-based songwriter Andrew Jansen (Crimes, Dial-Up) introduces his new solo album with that simple, sunny epiphany. (((LOUD))) finds Jansen amid a two year spell in the Bay Area, settled into a jangly, reverb-heavy mode that’s as inviting as its J-card art (designed by Nathaniel). The tender, meandering “Gold Again” opens Side A:
